• Terms and Payment: Invoices will be shipped separately after each shipment has been made. Invoices should be paid within thirty days after they have been recieved. We accept personal checks for all orders, which should be made out to "BLIA dba BLP," and mailed to us with a copy of the original invoice. We also accept payments through PayPal, but please contact us for further details. All prices are subject to change without notice.


• Backorders: Unavailable titles will be places on backorder at your request. When placing a purchase order with us, please indicate if you would like us to backorder titles, which titles you would like placed on backorder in the event that they are unavailable, as well as cancellation dates for the backorders.


• Returns: To receive a full credit return, invoice information must be included with returns; otherwise returns will be credited at the maximum trade discount of 50%. Returns will not be accepted before 4 months from the invoice date. All returns are to be shipped directly to BLP at the customer¡¦s expense. No credit will be issued for books sold at a designated non-returnable discount. Returns cannot be accepted for items from unpaid invoices. Returns cannot be accepted if an order's quantity is fewer than 5 copies per title or the total of an order is fewer than 10 copies. Books not purchased directly from BLP will not be accepted.


• Payment for New Accounts: New trade customers should prepay the first order and request a credit application. The second invoice should be paid before the third is issued and the third paid before the fourth is issued. Net-30 day terms are extended thereafter. California booksellers must include resale permit number with the first order.


• Payment for Foreign Accounts: Payment should be made in advance with U.S. dollars via International Money Order or through PayPal.
